The bank credit certificate of the foreign investors；（Original copy）；

Photocopies of documents of appointment and proof of identification for legal representative；

4、公司規(guī)章；

Articles of association （Original copy）

5、協(xié)作經營合同；

Contract of Co-operative joint venture （Original copy）；

6、可行性陳述；

Feasibility report （Original copy）；

7、出資者的主體資歷證實或自然人身份證實;其間外國出資者注冊掛號證實或身份證實應當經地點國家公證機關公證并經中國駐該國使（領）館認證。廣州外資注冊，香港、澳門和臺灣地區(qū)出資者的注冊掛號證實或身份證實應當依法供給本地公證組織的公證文件；
